After gathering this critical information, we will lend our ideas, concepts and expert opinions and collaborate closely with our customers to merge our thought processes together to achieve the best desirable outcome. Before departing the initial in-home free consultation, we’ll leave our customer with a very clear picture of what the proposed project will look like when finished. We’ll further provide ball-park pricing for the proposed project, leaving the customer fully informed regarding the scope, scale and estimated cost of their dream renovation project. President & CEO
Over 30 years of new home construction and home remodeling experience. As the owner of a residential home company, Mike successfully designed and built over 1,000 homes throughout the Baltimore, Washington and Virginia areas, ranging from high quality affordable homes, to extraordinary high end custom masterpieces. His design and construction knowledge have been forged over three decades of hands on experience. Mike served for 6 years as President of Construction and Remodeling for one of the largest home remodeling companies on the east coast. He brought his vast knowledge and skills to building the business from a small kitchen and bath company to an industry leader in home renovations, additions, kitchens and baths, and all other facets of home improvements. Mike has completed home renovation projects for thousands of homes throughout his professional career, ranging from hall bath replacements to complete home makeovers and extraordinary additions, and everything in between.
Director of Operations
A lifelong resident of Northern Baltimore County, Roy Bond has always had a passion for the home improvement industry. From overseeing the construction of his own homes to his 15 years in the property management business as owner of Empire Property Management, Inc., Roy’s attention to detail is unsurpassed. He prides himself on superior workmanship while always keeping his eye on the bottom line.

Kristen has worked 5 years for Carpet Mill Discounters and have been involved with billing, job management and working directly with customers to fulfill all of their flooring needs. Over 2 years running jobs for Empire Property Management, working directly with subcontractors on various projects from start to finish. Including, but limited to new baths, kitchens and additions.
